Very professional, they solved a warranty problem with my drone, that initially DJI told me to send it in Hong Kong. They managed to replace my Mavic Pro Platinum in Netherlands and this way was a lot faster than outside EU. Very communicative and in almost 3 weeks I had my new drone back.
